Silvia Finesso is a Milan-based freelance set designer working across commercials, movies, fashion contents and music videos.
Her practice is rooted in creative development and cross disciplinary research, blending conceptual thinking with a strong sensitivity to atmosphere and spatial storytelling. She’s particularly drawn to narrative-driven projects, where detail becomes a storytelling tool and empathy guides the viewer’s experience. Her contribution to the audiovisual field extends to side projects. She’s a spatial designer, community and studio manager at CinemaO Foundation, a new hybrid space in Milan dedicated to moving image research, production and film-tech. As a member of Accidental Collective, she contributes to location research, production management and stage design for nomadic independent music events.
